The Majestic Beauty Of Wild Animals Captured By Marina Cano

http://themindunleashed.org/wp-content/uploads/2014/08/majesticcc.jpg
Marina Cano is a talented and internationally-renowned nature photographer that takes stunning photographs of wild animals. Her adventures have taken her to various countries in Africa and Europe to photograph animals in their natural element.
Cano’s photos have a powerful, intimate, and even somewhat humanizing quality to them. Many look like portrait photographs, and the animals’ eyes as they stare at the camera seem extraordinarily expressive and almost human.
She takes the majority of these photos at national parks and on wildlife safaris, including in the Cabarceno national park in her native Spain. Her striking black-background photos, which draw a lot of attention, are made possible by man-made shelters that the animals sometimes occupy to hide from the weather – they are not studio photos.

30 Death-Defying Photos That Will Make Your Heart Skip A Beat

30 Death-Defying Photos That Will Make Your Heart Skip A Beat

http://themindunleashed.org/wp-content/uploads/2014/08/heart-skip.jpg
If looking down from the edge of a cliff or a tall office building gives you a little thrill in the depths of your tummy, then here’s a post that will tie your tummy into knots! We’ve found 30 of the most death-defying photos out there that will test even our most hardened readers.
Having a “head for heights” is great if you’re a thrill seeker or someone who has to work at high altitudes, and some people consider their tolerance for heights to be a source of pride, but many scientists consider the fear of heights to be an advantageous trait. The famous “visual cliff” experiment proved that even year-old infants have depth perception and are less likely to approach their mother if they have to cross a glass-covered chasm that may look like a cliff edge to them.

 Here are some glimpses.

TRS MP Kavitha says Hyderabad, Kashmir forcibly merged into India, faces sedition charge

New Delhi: Telangana Rashtra Samiti MP K Kavitha has been charged with sedition for saying that Hyderabad, Kashmir were forcibly merged into India. An FIR has been filed after a complaint was filed by a Hyderabad based lawyer who also serves as the convener of the BJP's legal cell.
Madannapet Police filed FIR under section 124-A, 153-B and 505 of IPC.
While responding to a question at the Idea Exchange program of the Indian Express, Kavitha said, "Jammu and Kashmir and Telangana were both forcefully and at the same time annexed to the Indian Union. When I say I feel strongly, it's because we were both separate countries, but were merged with the Indian Union after Independence. In 1947, we were not a part of India.
"After 1947, we became a part of India. Then the troubles really started. None of our people was very rich before. So it's from the people's perspective that I've started reading about Jammu and Kashmir. We need to solve issues, particularly the Kashmiri Pandits' issue which is put up in the agenda of the BJP. They say we can all take them back home, but it is just a political statement. You have to create a safe environment before you take them there. We need to come out clean on Jammu and Kashmir. Few parts were not ours, we should agree, we should redraw the international lines, and move on."
Kavitha is the daughter of Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao.

We know a great deal about these networks, as all things online are recorded, cheap sensors of all sorts are providing a wealth of information about operations, and experiments can be performed at a massive scale. Understanding and utilizing such networks can help tremendously in making better societal decisions regarding public policies, business operations, financial market regulations, and utility network operations. In this course, we provide an in-depth, state-of-the-art analytic view toward making use of these networks a reality.
